Welcome to GPT Image 2. By accessing or using https://gptimagetwo.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the service unless your deployment explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

What the Service Is

GPT Image 2 is an independently operated platform for AI image workflows. Depending on the enabled features, the service may support text-to-image generation, reference-driven creation, masked local edits, transparent asset export, billing, account history, and related workflow tools.

To deliver these features, requests may be processed through third-party AI providers, moderation tools, storage vendors, analytics services, payment providers, and other infrastructure vendors.

User Content and Permissions

You remain responsible for all prompts, uploads, reference images, masks, logos, product images, text, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the rights and permissions required to use it
• You may lawfully request its processing, editing, generation, or export
• If content includes real people, brands, products, or private materials, you have the necessary consent or authorization
• You will not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive content unless you are permitted to do so and accept the associated risks

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
• Non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, or defamatory deepfakes
• Attempts to generate or edit copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, packaging, or branded materials without the required rights
• Hate speech, violent extremism, self-harm promotion, harassment, stalking, or threats
• Malware, phishing, spam, credential abuse, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property violations
• Unauthorized scraping, reselling, sublicensing, or automated abuse of the service
• Activities that disrupt, damage, or degrade the platform or other users' experience

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Content Standards and Safety Policy

All prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and other user-submitted content must comply with applicable law and our content safety standards. Prohibited content may include, without limitation:

• Illegal content or unlawful instructions
• Child sexual abuse material or exploitative content involving minors
• Non-consensual explicit or intimate content involving real individuals
• Graphic violence designed for harm, glorification, or shock value
• Hate content targeting protected classes
• Malicious, deceptive, or harmful content intended to enable abuse
• Content that infringes third-party rights

To maintain platform safety, we may use automated detection systems, moderation tools, rate limits, prompt filtering, manual review, or post-generation checks. We may also investigate user reports and enforce restrictions when needed.

AI Output and Human Review

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccurate, distorted, misleading, or low-quality results. Text inside images, exact layout placement, anatomy, brand consistency, and factual details may require manual review and further editing.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, relying on, or otherwise using them in advertising, ecommerce, editorial work, client work, or other public or commercial contexts.

Billing, Credits, and Paid Services

If your deployment offers paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases:

• Prices, plan features, and limits may change over time
• Fees are due according to the plan or purchase you select
• Credit consumption may vary based on the active mode, output settings, input images, and other workflow factors
• Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
• Credits may be subject to usage limits, expiration rules, or feature-specific restrictions
• Abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy violations may result in account restrictions or billing enforcement

Third-Party Providers

To operate GPT Image 2, we may rely on third-party providers for image generation, moderation, billing, storage, analytics, communications, and infrastructure. Some requests, prompts, uploads, or metadata may be processed by these vendors as part of fulfilling the service.

Those vendors may have their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. Using GPT Image 2 does not create a direct relationship between you and every underlying provider.

Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

The service, including its software, design, workflows, branding, documentation, and underlying platform components, remains the property of its respective owners or licensors unless stated otherwise. You retain rights to content you lawfully own, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to operate the service.

You may not use the service in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or official approval by OpenAI or any other third-party provider unless such a relationship is explicitly disclosed.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access at our discretion when necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal requirements, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or reduce operational or security risk.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating GPT Image 2, unless local law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms
